Additional Information

Heat up jobsite productivity with Stellar TMAX 1-11 Welding Service Trucks. For years, welders have been frustrated by truck bodies that lacked work space and didn’t provide the payload needed to carry heavy welding equipment. The TMAX 1-11 changes that. It’s specifically designed to meet welding needs for construction sites, mining operations and more.

The first thing you’ll notice about the TMAX Welding Service Truck is the dedication to welding workspace. The efficient design frees the bed for a larger working area. A 30″ workbench-bumper is standard, and a 2″ V channel for clamping pipes runs the entire length of the workbench-bumper. A slide-out tray adds additional welding space and convenience, including removable support slats that allow blow-through to the ground. You can also get a 21″ workbench bumper with an integrated full-width bar storage compartment and vise mounts.

Bring Your Gear
Because of the efficient construction made famous in our popular TMAX™ Mechanic Trucks, payload is greatly increased. In fact, TMAX 1-11 Welder Service Trucks offer 2,500 lbs more payload than other comparable steel models. You won’t have any worries about bringing your largest welding equipment to the worksite.

Part of the efficient design is the curbside positioning of the crane, freeing up bed space. TMAX Welding Service Trucks are compatible with compact TC Series T-Boom Service Cranes. Their large telescopic boom allows you to work around jobsite obstacles, and the handheld CDT™ Radio Remote Control System adds convenience.

The design of the TMAX 1-11 also includes an underbody toolbox, compartments for oxygen and acetylene tanks, optional drawer systems and more.

Built To Last
Many standard features help Stellar TMAX Welding Service Trucks deliver years of reliable performance. The truck bodies include stainless-steel billet-style hinges, 3-point stainless-steel compression latches, and double-spring-over-center door closures. Every TMAX 1-11 Welding Service Truck is also completely undercoated for additional protection from corrosion and painted with a two-part polyurethane enamel paint for still more protection and visual appeal.
