Single-Axle Fuel Trucks

Single-axle fuel trucks fit a 33,000-lb GVW chassis and carry 2,000 gallons of fuel and 100 gallons of DEF. These compact yet powerful fuel trucks are ideal for small fleets and remote jobsites.

Standard Equipment:

• Fueling systems include 12VDC, air-operated, PTO-driven or hydraulic-driven options
• High-flow fuel delivery exceeding 150 GPM for efficient fueling
• Fuel metering, DEF dispensing and management systems for accurate tracking
• Ground fill options include Wiggins or Shaw fast-fill systems and Scully-compatible overfill protection 

Tandem-Axle Fuel Trucks

For larger fleets and higher fuel capacities, tandem-axle fuel trucks are mounted on a 60,000-lb GVW chassis and carry 3,000 – 4,500 gallons of fuel and DEF. Designed for heavy-duty fueling, these trucks are built for construction, mining and remote jobsites.

Standard Equipment:

• Fueling systems include PTO-driven or hydraulic-driven options
• High-capacity fuel delivery over 150 GPM ensures quick refueling
• Ground fill options include API bottom loading, Scully overfill protection and Wiggins fast-fill systems

Off-Road Fuel Trucks

For mining and extreme off-road environments, off-road fuel trucks provide high-volume fuel transport with capacities ranging from 4,000 to 6,000+ gallons. These trucks are mounted on articulated dump truck (ADT) chassis, offering unmatched durability and mobility.

Standard Equipment:

• Compatible with Caterpillar (CAT) 725, 730, 735, 740 and 745, Komatsu, John Deere and Volvo 30- or 40-ton trucks
• Factory installation or ship-out options for flexible deployment
• Separate power unit or integration with truck hydraulics for system operation
• Full-frame design prevents stress on ADT frame rails, ensuring longevity

• Compatible with multiple chassis brands, including Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack, Freightliner, International, Hino, Volvo, Western Star, Ford, and Dodge (single- and tandem-axle trucks only)
• Enclosed hose reels for secure and organized fuel dispensing 
• DOT 406 and TC 406 code tank options for regulatory compliance (single- and tandem-axle trucks only)
• High-flow and low-flow fueling systems to match operational needs 
• DEF dispensing system for clean and efficient diesel exhaust fluid management 
• Grease system available for complete on-site maintenance
