TM16160/28000 Large OTR Tire Service Truck

The Stellar® TM16160/28000 OTR Tire Service Truck fits the needs of OTR tire service technicians who need something that can handle it all. A 315° turntable rotation system driven by a worm gear and pinion system ensures rock-solid performance. This carrier features a lifting capacity of 28,000 lbs at 10′ and 17,200 lbs at 16′ 3″ of total reach without the tire manipulator.

Stellar’s modified A-frame stabilizer design is an industry first. The Stellar TM16160/28000 OTR offers the stability and durability of A-frame stabilizers with the diversity of out-and-down style outriggers. Modifying the A-frame geometry and using dual cylinders allows A-frame stability at differing widths.

The tire manipulator offers over 143° of articulation and 315° rotation, along with continuous rotating pads. With a clamping width of 158″, it can easily handle tire and tire rim combinations up to 16,500 lbs. The unique parallelogram design gives it considerable clamping width, but also the ability to clamp tires as small as 40″.
