TM12154/23000 Large OTR Tire Service Truck
The Stellar® TM12154/23000 OTR Tire Service Truck meets the needs of OTR tire service technicians who need well-rounded versatility.
The TM12154/23000 OTR Series is the one to turn to when you need a reliable and dependable service truck. The 315° carrier rotation is carried out through a turntable bearing with a high-torque, planetary gear reduction system. The hexagon-shaped secondary and extension boom substantially increase boom strength over competitive square-shaped booms, ensuring solid performance.
PrintAdditional Information
Stellar’s modified A-frame stabilizer design is an industry first. The Stellar TM12154/23000 OTR offers the stability and durability of A-frame stabilizers with the diversity of out-and-down style outriggers. Modifying the A-frame geometry and using dual cylinders allows A-frame stability at differing widths.
The performance of the TM12154/23000 OTR Series can be refined by the addition of the TM12154/23000 Tire Manipulator. The tire manipulator increases versatility and productivity while providing a safe method to handling any OTR tire up to and including a 12,000-lb 153″ tire.
The TM12154/23000 tire manipulator is designed to perform in mine and construction sites worldwide. The unique parallelogram design provides clamping widths of 36″ to 153″. The TM12154/23000 also offers 315° body and 90° or continuous pad rotation.
