TM28 Tire Manipulator

The Stellar TM28 Tire Manipulator mounts to either a forklift or loader and is available in either a long- or short-arm version. With a rated capacity of 28,000 lbs, the TM28 is equipped to handle large construction and mine equipment tires, including the 59/80R63 tire and rim combination. Featuring 110-degree body rotation and 360-degree continuous rotating pads, the TM28 tire manipulator allows operators full control.

Key Features

With optimal grip design, the rotating pads allow for efficient installation and removal of tires.

Side shift allows for 8" of left movement and 8" of right movement to align tire to hub. (Optional)

Hydraulic fall back protection and ring catcher arms holds tire in place and allows for easy removal of lock ring components.

Unobstructed visibilty provides efficient mounting of tire to rim or equipment. (Camera system available)

Removeable access panels allow for easy access to hydraulic components.

Fully-proportional radio remote provides precise control and allows operator to be in optimal location to change tire.

Mounting rail allows attachment of camera, lights, and other accessories using Unistrut hardware.

Pad rotation system powered by two heavy-duty, self-locking, worm drives ensures strong and reliable performance.

Manipulator Movement

110º Body Rotation allows manipulation of tires with precision control for the operator.

360° Pad Rotation provides the operator with dynamic movement of the tire to maximize efficiency.

Side shift provides precise tire alignment to the hub with 8″ of movement left and right.
