To participate in the Stellar | NACD Rebate Program, qualifying purchases must be registered below.
When you invest in Stellar equipment, you’re investing in uptime, productivity and performance. Register your units to ensure your rebate is counted — and your equipment is properly enrolled for warranty coverage.
By submitting your purchase details:
- Your unit is recorded for NACD rebate eligibility
- Your rebate is calculated internally by Stellar
- Your equipment is registered in Stellar’s extended warranty program
Stellar’s extended warranty program provides two full years of coverage from the in-service date on parts and repair. Unregistered equipment will continue to be covered under the standard warranty.

Register a Qualifying Purchase
Please provide your dealership information and Sales Order Number for each qualifying unit.
Your Sales Order Number is the same as your unit serial number and will be used to:
- Verify NACD rebate eligibility
- Register your equipment for extended warranty coverage
