NXT24 Hooklift
Highly versatile for handling a wide range of jobs, the NXT24 features a best-in-class lost load height and 24,000-lb capacity. It’s designed for 10′ to 18′ bodies for 108″ to 156″ CA chassis. For maximum compatibility and flexibility, the bolt-on body lock system provides universal adjustment for either inside or outside locks.

High strength without added weight:
- Z-rail design: The base is pre-drilled to allow for efficient installation on the chassis and to allow body saddles to be installed where needed.
Do more with one truck:
- Dump section: Integrated body lock mounting holes on the dump section eliminate the need to cut off and weld on locks. On the short and medium versions, the dump section articulates back for best-in-class below-chassis frame reach for 36″ containers.
- Telescopic jib: Multi-plate design provides a lightweight yet sound structure for handling a wide range of body lengths.
- Universal latching system: The industry-leading bolt-on adjustable body locks provide specific adjustment of either inside or outside locks.
- Adjustable hook height: Set the hook height to match the lift bar height of a fleet of containers with either manual adjustable or hydraulic adjustable hook inserts. The hydraulic adjustable version features a patent-pending, industry-leading internal hydraulic system to mitigate interference with the front of combination containers.
Best-in-class load height:
- Compact secondary design: A lost load height of 8″ (S and M version) or 9″ (L version) allows for a very compact machine that maximizes tunnel clearance for containers. Accommodates down to 5″ subframe heights.
- Wear pad design: Integrated replaceable wear pads for easier serviceability.
Timesaving convenience:
- Lift cylinders: The integrated soft-stop feature brings the body to rest gently on the body saddles.
- In-cab controls: Cable, air, electronic joystick, or radio remote controls allow for precise metering of the manual hydraulic drive.
- Hydraulic reservoir: The universal mounting bracket lets you place the 25-gallon (94.6 L) reservoir where you want it on the side of the chassis.
