Each hydraulically driven all-in-one unit combines an air compressor, battery charge/crank assist, auxiliary power and multiprocess welding in a compact, lightweight design — maximizing payload while remaining rugged and field-ready.

Designed for maximum productivity, the Miller HDI 265/325 Air Pak Series provides the power to run air tools, charge and crank batteries, weld in multiple processes and power electrical tools — all from a single system. With rotary-screw air compression, up to 300 amps of crank assist and multiprocess weld output at a 100% duty cycle, these units perform in the toughest conditions without compromise.
Smart features such as Auto-Set™ Technology and a direct spool-gun connection make operation fast and intuitive, while the hydraulic-cooling-only mode helps conserve energy when full output isn’t required.
