We’re Now Manufacturing Aluminum Bolt Bins

Due to the recent expansion and the arrival of some new fabrication equipment this summer American Eagle is happy to announce that it is now manufacturing aluminum bolt bin units. The new aluminum bolt bin units will completely replace the existing steel bolt bin units. The aluminum design is modular in construction so they can be configured in virtually any combination to fill a truck’s compartment.
Benefits of the aluminum bolt bin design:
- Less than half the weight of steel bolt bins which will allow for more usable truck load capacity
- Lead-time reduced from 5 weeks to 2 weeks or sometimes even less!
- Lower cost! (Due to enhanced manufacturing processes and since paint is no longer required)
- Even though they are much lighter in weight, they are manufactured with heavy gauge aluminum for years of trouble-free use.
