Your Guide to a Stellar CONEXPO Experience

02.15.23

The Stellar team is excited to be part of CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 again this year. We enjoy the opportunity to showcase our equipment, but even more we enjoy the opportunity to meet and share ideas with great industry people. Hearing from customers helps us continue to design equipment that meets real-world needs and raises productivity.

“2023 will be a big year for Stellar, especially as we welcome the return of CONEXPO-CON/AGG in full force,” says Tim Davison, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. “This year’s booth not only highlights our products, but celebrates our customers and distributors, because we know it takes all three — Stellar, customers and distributors — to make Stellar great. We’re excited to show the world why together ‘We are Stellar.’”

In the We Are Stellar theme of supporting each other, here are some insights to help ensure a stellar show experience.

The Show

CONEXPO-CON/AGG takes place every three years. It’s North America’s largest construction trade show with pros from every major construction sector. It runs Tuesday, March 14, through Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers says this year’s CONEXPO-CON/AGG will be the largest in history with 1,800 exhibitors and 2.7 million square feet of displays. Visitors from 130 countries will be on hand to experience the latest trends, technologies and products. No wonder the event is called The Big Show.

Tips for getting around can be found on the CONEXPO website, and content like 20 Tips From Veteran CONEXPO-CON/AGG Attendees can be valuable if you’re new to the event. You can get Stellar social media updates before, during and after the show on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Be sure to use hashtag #CONEXPO23 when you post about the event.

As makers of work trucks, trailers and accessories that help keep the world running, Stellar is proud to be one of the centerpieces of The Big Show.

See How Stellar Quality Drives Productivity

  • TMAX™ 16K Mechanic Truck
  • TMAX 1-13 Mechanic Truck
  • TMAX 2-11 Mechanic Truck
  • TMAX 2-14 Mechanic Truck

  • TM16160/28000 Large OTR Tire Truck
  • Multi-Tank Fuel Trailer

The Stellar booth is no place to be shy. Get your hands on the equipment and ask questions. We’re there to help. Be sure to ask about our new Parts and Distribution Center (PDC), a 20,000-square-foot facility that can ship a majority of common service part orders in 24 hours or less to help keep your downtime to a minimum. From the PDC to our customer service team to our experienced network of distributors, Stellar is dedicated to helping customers maximize uptime and productivity.

Meet the Stars of Gold Rush

The Stellar booth is also the place to be to meet Nathan Clark and Dave Turin from the Discovery Channel show “Gold Rush: Dave Turin’s Lost Mine.” They’ll be giving away autographed Stellar hats and talking all things Gold Rush. Look for Nathan Clark on Wednesday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and for Dave Turin Tuesday, March 14, through Friday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to noon and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

The Gold Rush operation has been running Stellar equipment, including a Stellar® TMAX 2-11 Aluminum Mechanic Truck, to maximize productivity in the harsh conditions of Alaska mining. “I love the aluminum body,” Clark, a longtime mechanic, told Service Truck Magazine for a recent Spec My Truck feature. “It saves weight, and it lasts forever because it doesn’t rust or bubble off the paint. The dust in a lot of mines is corrosive, and they use salt on the roads up north, so aluminum is the way to go.”

Check Out Refurb Madness

Time travel comes to the Stellar booth with a completely refurbished 1960s Peterbilt chassis with a Stellar Mechanic Truck body on display. The Doug Veerkamp General Engineering, Inc. setup features a retrofit cab and hood with a new TMAX body. See it in progress here, then check out the finished version in the booth and get a picture — maybe it’ll inspire a new work truck configuration of your own.
