Uptime is everything to Company Wrench customers, so Hosler is quick to point out that TMAX Mechanic Trucks are valuable tools in themselves. “Without them, we couldn’t do what we do. It’s got everything, welder, compressor, crane. Some of our guys do a lot of diagnostic work, so they can get by with a smaller crane. Other guys have to take machines apart and put them back together, so they need bigger trucks. We make sure we have a wide variety so we can accommodate just about every job out there in the market.”

Of course, part of ensuring that uptime for customers is hiring top-quality technicians, and the TMAX line plays a role there, too. “When you’re interviewing technicians,” notes Hosler, “they ask, ‘What type of truck do you have? What beds are you running?’ And you walk out and you show them a Stellar bed and they’re like, ‘Okay, that was my deciding factor and I’ll come work for you.’ It’s impressive. If a guy rolls up in a Stellar truck, he’s going to feel good about showing up to work every day. That helps our customers and that helps our business.”
