At home and at Stellar, Chase Rayman takes pride in building strong relationships, saying they’re the greatest ROI in life. Rayman began building work relationships from day one when he joined Stellar in 2021. He began as a Purchasing Manager and now serves in Project Management.

He believes that small, consistent successes lead to meaningful long-term outcomes. Through his people-first mindset, such as mentoring colleagues and creating opportunities for others to succeed in the workplace, he exemplifies strong leadership by setting a positive example for others.

Away from work, Rayman places a high value on family. His first job in his youth was in his family’s lawn care service, where he learned important life lessons like doing work you can be proud of. Today, you can often find him and his family cheering on Minnesota in any sporting event or spending time at their family cabin. Supporting the community is important to Rayman as well, including charitable efforts for the Ronald McDonald House.

That commitment to improving the quality of life for those around him shines in his efforts at Stellar, where he provides strong and effective leadership while focusing on the importance of building relationships. He takes pride in working hard to have successful outcomes for the company while making sure to have a little fun while doing it.

“It’s very rewarding to leave work feeling good about the people you conversed with and collaborated with to boost results that help Stellar succeed. I try to leave work each day feeling good about what was accomplished, whether it be personally or aiding in helping others accomplish something of value,” Rayman says.

As Stellar continues to grow, the company remains focused on developing its team, strengthening its culture and supporting long-term success. “It’s refreshing to be part of it and all the while watching Stellar grow exponentially as we build our brand into something that we all can be so proud of. It’s a great story and one that won’t be fading any time soon,” Rayman says.
